We are going to have public holidays for Lunar New Year from 08th to 12th Feb 2013. Orders and payments will be accepted during this period while delivery, order processing will resume on 13th and Q&A on 16th Feb 2013.
Please note that Zipia is a distributor for about 500 suppliers who are responsible for the copyright of their own products and we do not reserve any copyright for each design/trademark.
Therefore, we do not take any responsibility for fake products on our site. As we display hundreds of item weekly, there might be some products which cause problems in terms of copyright despite of our strict inspection.
We will remove those problematic items upon request of copyright holders and the settlement is to be made between the claimant and the supplier.
Please be informed that it normally takes about 3-4days for us to prepare the shipment. But some items might not be ready in due time and then we are to cancel the unpurchased items on the 5th days from the date of payment in order to avoid the delay of shipment.
The status of purchase can be monitored at "my account" and those who want to wait for all items despite of delay are kindly requested to contact us in advance.
For the amount of order exceeds USD800.00/USD1,000.00/USD2,000.00, rewarding points (e-money)are given to the members after the confirmation of delivery.
In order to receive this e-money, those who deserve this points are requested to visit "My account" --> "ready to ship" to clck the relevant order number and then click "confirm to receive" next to the close button after the receipt of shipment.
The e-money will be rewarded into your E-money box accordingly which can be used in your next order but not refundable.
Please write the order number in the "payment details" on the remittance application form at your bank so that we can easily identify the payment. Customers who fill this details correctly in the form do not have to send us the payment notice.
please note that the remitter`s name on the "payment notice" must be same with the one on the transaction receipt issued by the sender` bank. Otherwise we can not identify the payment to our bank accout.
Members who want to get a refund for the deposit by paypal are requested to leave a request through our Q&A board but not to use paypal`s "request Money" as paypal tends to hold the transactions of "Request Money".
We refund the deposit to member`s paypal account, the same one which was used when we received the payment but not to new account.
Members who want to pay through Paypal are requested to register(sign-in) with the paypal`s e-mail ID. If any discrepancy with the e-mail(paypal/zipia.net`s ID) on the order sheet, Paypal makes an investigation into the transaction and hold the payment.
